Parc Villeroy is in the northwest corner of Mennecy where I’ve been housesitting for the past month. It’s an immense forest filled with tall, tall trees.
There are avenues lined with different types of trees – plane, purple beech, sequoia. Here are photos of the plane trees and purple beeches.
It’s close to busy roads, but the moment you step inside there is a deep, deep stillness.
